          Our Purpose

FemFlow Dignity Foundation was born from a simple belief: menstrual products are not a luxury; they are a basic necessity.

Every month, countless girls and women miss school, stay away from work, experience embarrassment, or endure their periods without adequate menstrual products simply because they cannot afford them. FemFlow exists to help change this reality by ensuring that menstruation does not become a barrier to education, work, participation, or dignity.

            Core Objectives

* Provide sanitary towels and other essential menstrual products to girls and women in need.

* Conduct sanitary towel drives and community-based menstrual support campaigns.

* Create awareness and provide education on menstrual health and hygiene.

* Break the stigma, shame, and misconceptions surrounding menstruation.

* Support girls to remain in school and women to remain active in their workplaces and communities during their periods.

* Partner with individuals, organizations, schools, businesses, and donors to combat period poverty.

* Promote menstrual dignity, confidence, self-care, and informed menstrual health.
